We offer a refund and/or exchange should the product you have purchased not be fit your intended purpose/customer change of mind. Measurements are provided in our product descriptions, and it is up to the purchaser to determine the most suitable product for their application. Returns are accepted within 14-days of purchase, with the product returned in the original packaging, in original condition, and at the freight expense of the customer.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
Products returned with damage may not receive a full refund.
Should a faulty product be received by the customer, it is the customers responsibility to notify Arctec Services within 14-days of purchase via sales@homehandrails.com.au with details of the fault, and the customer may be asked to provide photos to support their claim. Faulty product return freight will be covered by Arctec Services, and a product replacement or full refund offered.

If any part of these Terms is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a Court of law, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining parts will not be affected.

Any failure or delay by us to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be interpreted as a waiver of our rights or remedies.

These Terms are effective until terminated by us, which we may do at any time and without prior notice to you.
Any rights or obligations that have accrued up to and including the date of termination will survive.

These Terms, and all related matters, shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of Victoria.
Any dispute under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria.
